Our philosophy since 1987 has always been to bring an ice cream that is genuine as “it was once”, and season after season, our ice cream shop has become a real meeting point for everyone, young and old, who wants to enjoy an italian gelato of high quality.
For the perfect execution of our recipes we use the best ingredients that you can find on the market: Domori chocolate, hazelnuts Piemonte IGP, walnuts from Sorrento, pistachios from Bronte, lemons from Sicily, vanilla bourbon and Tahitian, peppermint from Piemonte, natural yoghurt from the farm , Marrons Glaces of Agrimontana, fruit sorbets and granitas with average fruit content of 40%.
For the production of our icecream we use the modern machines of the world’s leading companies Carpigiani and Cattabriga, enabling excellent handling and hygiene.
