It was founded in 1957 by Karl Rinner and taken over in 1994 by the son Peter Rinner, also a jeweler and clock master. Located a few minutes from the city- center of Bolzano, near the airport, the Hotel Restaurant Post is a small and quiet hotel with 12 rooms. Guests can also take advantage of a large parking and,in summer, hobnob outdoor in the inviting garden. The Hotel also has an efficient bar service and a restaurant – à la carte -which proposes, under the guidance of chef Marti, dishes of the traditional local and Mediterranean cuisine with and home-made pasta and peculiar sweets. The restaurant hasn’t so a fixed menu and is open, in addition to the hotel guests, also for business lunches or dinners, or among friends. Belong to the team Marti, Massimiliano, Silvia, strong>Martina, Manuela and Refadija, who offer a professional service coordinated by the owner Mrs. Martine, who folllow and oversees personally every detail. The hotel is well connected by public transport to the city center, making it particularly convenient for guests wishing to spend a short weekend in the city and for those who are in Bolzano for work.
The “Villaggio Camping La Siesta” covers a surface of 14000 square metres, not far from the coast of the Cilento, where climate is extraordinarily healthy. The Club, terraced and sloping down to the sea, is shaded by green secular olive-trees and enjoys a wonderful fine wiew. The beach, which is 200 metres away, is a sandy beach named “Capo Grosso”, one of the finest beaches of the area and you can reach it walking along an easy slope down. “La Siesta” is at Marina di Camerota, along the route covered by Aeneas and Ulysses, in a tourist territory which has an uncommon beauty and fascination, full of innumerable little creeks, prehistoric caves, large beaches and huge cliffs sheer dropping to the sea. It is not an exageration to say that it is one of the most evocative tract of the whole Italian shore. At the Club you can enjoy: the Restaurant, which offers you the most genuine local specialities, Bar, Market, Swimming-pool, Animation, Baby club, Playground for children, Television, Piano-bar, Disco, Telephone, Strong-room service.
RESTAURANT – PIZZERIA – BEERHALL The “Paulaner Stuben” are inaugurated in September 2005, becoming the first restaurant south of the Brenner with the brand of the prestigious munich brewery “Paulaner”. The restaurant is housed in one of the oldest buildings of the city, the residence “Troilo – Troyburg” dating from the thirteen century, and is able to reach both the shopping archades “Portici – Lauben” and the street “Silbergasse – Via Argentieri”. The three spacious dining rooms ( “Stuben”) are characterized by beautiful vaulted ceilings and friendly wood furniture can accommodate up to 150 people. In the warm season is set up outside a terrace for about seventy guests with tables and chairs reminiscent of the splendid traditional beer gardens in Munich. The choice of menu is much wider. It ranges in fact from the “classics Paulaner”, brewery typical local dishes such as dumplings, shank and grilled meat served in copper pans, till to the base plates of Mediterranean cuisine such as pasta, vegetables, fish and of course delicious pizzas baked in two variants , the classic round pizza and pizza by the meter served on elegant wooden cutting boards (“Pizza on board”).
Our philosophy since 1987 has always been to bring an ice cream that is genuine as “it was once”, and season after season, our ice cream shop has become a real meeting point for everyone, young and old, who wants to enjoy an italian gelato of high quality. For the perfect execution of our recipes we use the best ingredients that you can find on the market: Domori chocolate, hazelnuts Piemonte IGP, walnuts from Sorrento, pistachios from Bronte, lemons from Sicily, vanilla bourbon and Tahitian, peppermint from Piemonte, natural yoghurt from the farm , Marrons Glaces of Agrimontana, fruit sorbets and granitas with average fruit content of 40%. For the production of our icecream we use the modern machines of the world’s leading companies Carpigiani and Cattabriga, enabling excellent handling and hygiene.
